SELF CATERING IN BALLATER ROYAL DEESIDE

 

This delightful two double bedroom, two bathroom detached cottage is offered
for self catering holiday accommodation. The cottage is modern, clean and
simple in style having recently been totally refurbished. It is light and airy in
warmer months, and cosy when cooler, with heating provided by electric wall
heaters.

Gairn Lodge has a secluded garden with unspoilt views of the surrounding
countryside and access to the golf course. It has its own private entrance and
off road parking for up to two cars. Access is from the parking area along a wide
path. There is one step into the cottage and is all on one level inside.
 
Bed linen and bedding, towels and electricity (electricity is not included for long
weekend breaks) are included. House-trained pets are welcome, but we would
request they are not allowed on beds or leather suite! Strictly no smoking please.

Situated in a quiet part of the town of Ballater, Gairn Lodge is ideally located for
a holiday of golfing, walking, fishing and skiing. The cottage is the perfect base
for sightseeing and touring the surrounding area, or for just relaxing doing nothing.
